A fire that destroyed 16 apartments and ensured water
damage, with an estimated timeline of repairs being 2
years. AAG was retained to oversee the emergency repair process under the direction of city agencies to ensure costs could be included in Building’s insurance company.

Emergent Concerns

Asbestos abatement in the entire building was required.
Significant “Ordinance or Law” issues were discovered after consulting with the city and Assured's Engineer.

Conducted in-person and virtual town hall meetings for residents to explain the next steps of a complex claim and rebuild while easing concerns and answering questions
